Another variant of the Texas Instruments TMS-1000/TMS-1100 is known as the TMS-1400. It was used in the Parker Brothers games Split Second and Bank Shot. The die is similar to the TMS-1100, but it has 4K of ROM and 128 4-bit nibbles of RAM.
