General Instruments PIC1650A


The PIC1650A is one model of a family of microcontrollers originally from General Instruments. It has 512 words of 12-bit ROM and 32 bytes of RAM in a 40-pin DIP package.

The PIC1655A has the same ROM and RAM, but fewer I/O lines in a 28-pin DIP package.
